Well obviously there was support before I announced it now, but I’d thought I’d post it just in case anyone was looking for it.

Later on, the Knowledge base will probably expand depending on the type of questions asked. That way we can try and have the most commonly asked questions already on the wall for people to read.
WPHelpDesk Plugin
There is a plugin that I found that also offers this same solution for embedding the helpdesk inside of your WP install. It seems very useful, but I’d rather have it separate. On the flipside, it’s there if anyone ever needs to have it enabled on their website.
