- No more logging in from the frontpage (must login via your domain)
- Support Desk is closed – No one used it. (should be worried?) – You can email support@socialwp.com
- Added a couple’o more themes. (if they’re not activated for you, let me know)

+$5.00/month will get you 5GB of space.
+$6.00/month will get you 10GB more bandwidth transfer.
I hope to be able to continue to be flexible enough.

The Front Desk is now Open
Friday, November 13th, 2009Well obviously there was support before I announced it now, but I’d thought I’d post it just in case anyone was looking for it.

Later on, the Knowledge base will probably expand depending on the type of questions asked. That way we can try and have the most commonly asked questions already on the wall for people to read.
WPHelpDesk Plugin
There is a plugin that I found that also offers this same solution for embedding the helpdesk inside of your WP install. It seems very useful, but I’d rather have it separate. On the flipside, it’s there if anyone ever needs to have it enabled on their website.

Getting even more settled
Wednesday, November 4th, 2009I’ve managed to get everything situated, and settled in. Later on I’ll be moving over the other blogs from the prototype site.
Also obviously adding everything back, and syncing databases n such.
It’s been a rough week for me, so I’m slowly getting this going–I apologize.

Short Beta Testing
Tuesday, November 3rd, 2009Yay, now were are in the short beta testing stage. Trying to break everything we can.. but of course making sure it works afterwards.
Some things may not work at this moment, or may malfunction in general, not to worry–The bogs are fully functional. I’m talking more along the lines of this BuddyPress.
