SocialWP Terms of Service / Acceptable Use Policy / Privacy Agreement
These agreements are written in plain English. Meaning, it’s written so everyone can understand very easily.
Understanding SocialWP
SocialWP is a way for bloggers, and readers to view and write legitimate content. SocialWP services any one providing they follow these Terms. Any one that does not follow these terms are at high risk for having their account here at SocialWP terminated. Please read very carefully.
What is not allowed
No illegal activity:
That includes (and can be anything else SocialWP finds harmful or not appropriate):
- Any Pornography
- Any Warez (e.g. illegal media transfers)
- No attacking other users or services
We do allow discussions as far as “hacking” goes. For example, hacking/cracking your network, or driver. Educational stuff. When you start talking about cracking through someone else’ network, or offering harmful scripts/programs to people that’s where we will draw the line and ask you to tone it down.
Payments
We expect you to pay for your services for the package you signed up with. Example; If you signed up for the four (4) dollar package. that is what you would pay every month thereafter.
There are however no contracts here at SocialWP. This is limited to the four (4) dollar, and twenty (20) dollar a month plans. You can buy them per month or per year (or higher) if you want.
Refunds do not exist here. You have a thirty (30) day money-back guarantee if you are a new customer. Example; If you sign up and 25 days later want to cancel your service, you will get your money back – After the 30 day period is up, you have 1 (one) extra day to cancel–Else you are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellation fees do not apply here.
You must provide a valid Paypal account. If you do not provide a valid Paypal account, your application will be rejected. I frown upon fraud.
If you do not pay your month’s bill on the due date, you will then have two (2) days to contact us and arrange a payment. If you don’t, your account will be suspended–Your website will remain locked for thirty (30) days. After that period your website will be deleted. There is a fee if you wish to renew your account. The fee is double your bill. For example; If your bill is four (4) dollars, it will be eight (8) dollars to renew it.
Storage and Bandwidth
Depending on what plan you choose, you are limited to that. For example; If you have the four (4) dollar a month plan, you are limited to 500MB disk space, and 10GB (ten gigabytes) of bandwidth transfer. SocialWP comes with plugins to help you calculate your website’s resource usage. If by any chance you think you are going to go over your limits, you can contact us for a new plan and we will assist you.
Your Privacy
We buy, sell, and trade Ads not Humans. Your information will never be sold or traded with a 3rd party. Only administrators, the support team, and iSnick Operators will see your information if ever needed. We use your information for verification, billing, and to help you. We will never ask for your passwords, payment information or anything else fishy. We will NEVER contact you asking you for these.
What are iSnick Operators?
iSnick Operators are server administrators, and moderators that work for iSnick. SocialWP is an iSnick division.
iSnick Operators are what help keep the network safe. They watch for offenders to remove them. They will also remove you if you violate these Terms. (this includes defending against network attacks to the best of their abilities)
You will most likely not hear from an iSnick OP.
Advertising
SocialWP uses our own AD Network. More information to come about this later as we have not put it into affect yet.
